In 1995, our CEO Benjamin P. Sayers started his first IVR business. One of the struggles he had was finding dedicated, professional voice talents to do the voice over work for the applications his company was building for their clients. After years of working in the IVR industry, Mr. Sayers built up many great relationships with voice over talents across the globe, but was always mindful that many business owners like him where still having trouble finding reliable professional voice over talent.
Fast forward to the present day. After the sale of his IVR company in 2001 and the founding of Inc 500 honoree VoIP Supply, Mr. Sayers still saw a void for professional, reliable and easy to work with voice over talent. That’s why in 2007, PBX Prompts was launched.
PBX Prompts, a Sayers Media Group company, was created to meet a need for voice prompt recordings for today’s leading telephone, voicemail and IVR systems. Combining our range of voice talents with our experience in voice branding, sound engineering and application development, PBX Prompts delivers professional voice recordings; but unlike any other voice talent bureau, we have developed an easy-to-use web-based application that takes the hassle out of getting voice prompt recordings completed.
