Our custom prompts tool allows you to easily create custom voice prompts, menus and marketing messages in the same voice as your Direct Replace™ prompt set.
We have gone to great lengths to ensure the process for getting your voice prompt recordings completed is quick and painless—the way it should be.
Here’s how it works:
- Once you’ve added your prompts with our Custom Prompts Tool, you have the option to purchase the set right away or save it for later.
- After the custom prompt set has been purchased, we review your prompts and have the appropriate voice talent record them in a professional recording studio.
- We then review the audio files, have our audio technicians optimize them and upload them in several different formats for immediate download.
- You will be notified by email and you can also track your custom prompt set’s progress in the Prompt Set Manager, which can be found in your PBXPrompts.com account.
Most custom voice prompt sets are available for download within 72 hours. We even store and make your prompts available for one year after they are recorded, free of charge.
